Is Now The Right Time to Join a Country Club?

There has always been an allure about joining a local country club.  With how things are going in the overall economy these days, now may be the perfect opportunity to venture  into that country club that you always wanted to join, but thought that you could never afford.  Many of the upper-end country clubs today have either reduced or waived their overall initiation fee, which is the first hurdle for most people.  In addition, most of the country clubs that are out there today will offer some sort of discounted monthly rate, especially in the first year to get you to come aboard as a member.  In some cases for those that don’t play a ton of golf, there may be a sport club membership with limited golf that you may be able to achieve for a cheaper price.   You’ve got have revenue to cover your expense. If people are canceling their memberships or cutting back, you’ll have to figure out a way to attract new clients.  This may be the perfect opportunity to do it at your local country club.

In Atlanta, one place we know is the Alpharetta Athletic Club which is offering a tremendous program right now.   Check it out at  www.alpharettaac.com to see if you can start saving today.
