I travel on business and may not be able to use paperless tickets on a given date. I found out that I had to attend a sales meeting in another state and couldn't use the paperless tickets. Mondial DOES NOT cover this situation and won't refund your money after 10 days of the purchase of the insurance. Be advised - you can be ripped off by Mondial.
