If you are concerned about your cell phone bill, it may be time to take a trip into your local vendor. I have been in the habit now of taking my phone (and family plan) into my cell phone provider quarterly to run a diagnostic on the bill. Some vendors will allow you to do this exercise on their website when you log in as a customer. If your vendor doesn’t offer that service, then take it in to the store. With plans changing all of the time between voice, data, and more, this could be an easy way to help you shave some expense money off of your monthly bills.
