Top Ten reasons NOT to buy bottled water
- It cost a lot money for something you can get at a minimal cost
- There’s no fluoride – it’s causing increasing dental problems
- It’s not green
- It is taking up unneeded space in our landfills
- It requires enormous amounts of fuel to manufacture.(estimated 17 billion barrels of oil in 2006)
- It cost enormous amounts of money and fuel to transport the water
- Most of it is tap anyway
- It waste water(it takes 3 liters to make 1 liter)
- Tap water is more regulated for contaminants
- What are you really paying for marketing or ‘better’ water
